Project overview
Royalty Chauffeurs is a UK-based luxury transportation platform that allows customers to book chauffeur-driven vehicles for airport transfers, business travel, and special events. The platform features a curated fleet of premium vehicles, real-time booking, and coverage across London, Heathrow, Edinburgh, Brighton, and other major UK cities.
Product structure
Customer Booking Platform
Vehicle selection by category, date and time booking, point-to-point and hourly hire options, airport transfer scheduling, and secure online payment.
Fleet & Operations
Vehicle catalog management, driver assignment, route optimization for top UK routes, and booking administration.
My contributions
Built the complete booking platform end-to-end as a solo developer, covering the customer-facing booking flow, fleet management, and payment integration.
Frontend
- Built the customer-facing booking interface with vehicle selection and date/time pickers.
- Developed the fleet catalog page with category filtering and vehicle details.
- Implemented airport transfer and point-to-point booking flows.
- Built responsive design optimized for mobile and desktop.
Backend & Infrastructure
- Designed the database schema for vehicles, bookings, and customers.
- Integrated Stripe for secure payment processing.
- Implemented booking management and confirmation system.
- Set up deployment, hosting, and domain configuration.
